Grand Session Awards

On the last day of Grand Session, the girls received their awards for competition. Several Daughters from Bethel 11 received multiple awards for their individual entries, and the Bethel as a whole placed 2nd in choir. Three daughters received first places in individual ritual competition, including two who did the Story of Job.

Jennifer received multiple awards, including a first place in ritual for the Story of Job.

Grand Bethel Installation

Friday night was the formal opening of Grand Session. Before opening, the Daughters attended a formal banquet.

Three Daughters from Bethel 11 participated in the opening as officers of the Grand Bethel. Jennifer was Fifth Messenger.

Yesterday morning the girls held their annual meeting and learned who will be officers this year. Last night, Jennifer was installed as Grand Bethel Outer Guard.Bryan took part in the Rose Ceremony the State DeMolay Officers performed for the Grand Bethel Honored Queen.

He did the Senior Deacon part.

Grand Session

Yesterday Bethel 11 headed down to Coos Bay for Grand Session, then spent the afternoon at the beach.

Today they competed at Grand Session.

Jennifer competed in ritual, doing the Story of Job as well as with the Supreme Team.

She also submitted several entries in arts and crafts, cooking, and promotion.

And sang with Bethel 11 in Choir competition.

Last week, Bryan had the opportunity to attend the Boy Scout National Youth Leadership Training Camp.

It was held at Camp McLoughlin, located on Lake of the Woods northwest of Klamath Falls.

While he was there, Jennifer helped the Rainbow Assembly in Salem perform an initiation.

Tonight she acted as Installing Officer for Bethel 10 in Milwaukie.

Bethel Installation

Today Bethel 11 of Bend held its summer Installation.  As the outgoing Honored Queen, Jennifer was the Installing Officer.

Next term she will be Senior Princess.

Bryan and some of the DeMolay State officers performed a Rose Ceremony prior to the installation.

Tonight the State Officers installed the members of Willamette Chapter in Salem.
Bryan was installing Senior Deacon.
