Two of the kids UP friends came into town this week, so we took them to the parks. They wanted to ride Guardians of the Galaxy, but I couldn't get a virtual que for it Thursday morning, so instead we went to Hollywood Studios to ride Rock n Roller coaster. Disney has announced it will be rethemed to the Muppets soon.
In the afternoon we rode the Friendship Boat up to Epcot to check out the Festival of the Arts and try for a 1 pm VQ for Guardians. We walked around the showcase checking out the art and sampling some food from the booths.
The park was pretty crowded for a Thursday in January. Waits for rides were long, because Test Track and the Mexico ride are both under refurbishment. Eventually we rode Guardians and headed home.
Yesterday Susan got the kids into Animal Kingdom in the morning, then they headed back to Epcot in the afternoon. I joined them for a while after work.
