This morning we visited the California Adventure Park at the Disneyland Resort. In Paradise Pier, work is continuing on the World of Color show.
In the Hollywood Studio section, the main street was walled off to allow construction of a trolley line. We ate an early lunch at the Pacific Wharf area. We
checked out the new location of the Disney Gallery, in the old bank
building on Main Street. In addition to Disney art, there was an exhibit
on how some rides had changed over the years.
In
the afternoon we walked across the plaza to Disneyland. The rivers
around Tom Sawyers Island had been drained. Crowds weren't too bad - we
had little to no wait on the attractions we rode, but we stuck to ones
with fairly large capacities.
